How long will my order take to arrive?

Every SoSaaVee piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 21 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive an email once it ships.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

What is your return and refund policy?

As every piece is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds except when an item arrives with a genuine factory or manufacturing defect, in which case we will replace it. Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within India. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,250 is added at checkout.

How should I care for my SoSaaVee garment?

Every SoSaaVee piece features hand embroidery or handcrafted detailing, so all our garments are dry clean only. Please see our Fabric & Care page for full instructions.

How do I find my size?

Every product page includes a detailed Size Chart with Chest, Waist, and Hip measurements in inches. As each piece is handcrafted, a variance of up to approximately 1 inch may occur — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations can no longer be accepted, as each piece is made to order.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible. If damage is discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video so we can arrange a replacement.
