Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Every SoSaaVee piece is handcrafted to order and handled with care from our studio to your door. Please read our shipping, return, and exchange terms carefully before placing your order.

Shipping

Production Time

As each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 21 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,250 is added at checkout.

Payment

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Policy

As every piece is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except when an item arrives with a genuine factory or manufacturing defect — in which case we will replace it at no additional cost.

Reporting a Defect

Any manufacturing defect must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or an unboxing video, so we can verify the issue and arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted, as materials and artisan time have already been committed to your order.

Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible. If damage is discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video.
