Welcome to SoSaaVee. By browsing our website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Handcrafted Excellence

Every SoSaaVee garment is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, often featuring hand embroidery and hand embellishment. As a result, slight variations in embroidery, beadwork, colour, and finishing are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece beautifully unique.

2. Production & Delivery

As each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 21 business days for production and preparation before your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are in addition to this production period and may vary based on your location.

3. Shipping & Payment

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,250 is added at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — all orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As all our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of a verified factory or manufacturing defect, in which case we will replace the item. Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or an unboxing video for verification.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, or for made-to-order and customised pieces, cancellations are not accepted, as materials and artisan time have already been committed to your order.

6. Sizing

Our size charts are provided as a guide. Due to the handcrafted nature of each garment, a variance of up to approximately 1 inch may occur across measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

7. Garment Care

Every SoSaaVee garment features hand embroidery or handcrafted detailing, so all our pieces are dry clean only. Full care instructions:

Dry clean only
Steam iron recommended
Do not machine wash
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Store embellished garments on padded hangers or folded with tissue paper

8. Damaged Shipment

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible. If damage is discovered after opening, notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video, so we can assist you promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of SoSaaVee and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Limitation of Liability

SoSaaVee shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
